Job Posting Community Guidelines

These rules apply to employers and recruitment partners posting opportunities on Raywills HR. They are designed to keep job information accurate, recruitment professional and candidates safe.

Guidelines version: 2026-10-06

Post genuine, accurate opportunities

  • Use an accurate job title and description that reflects the real role, responsibilities and requirements.
  • Only publish genuine employment, internship, apprenticeship, contract, freelance or volunteer opportunities that you are authorised to recruit for.
  • State compensation honestly when salary or payment information is provided. Do not use misleading ranges or promises.
  • Do not misrepresent an employer, recruiter, client, location, working arrangement, number of openings or application deadline.

Protect candidates from scams and fraud

  • Do not post scams, fraudulent recruitment schemes, fake opportunities or jobs designed to obtain money, credentials or sensitive information.
  • Do not request inappropriate payments from candidates for applications, interviews, job offers, equipment, visas, onboarding or access to an opportunity.
  • Do not use phishing forms, malicious links or deceptive redirects.
  • Do not impersonate an employer, recruiter, employee or organisation.

Keep requirements and communication appropriate

  • Do not include discriminatory or prohibited requirements. Job requirements should be relevant to the role and comply with applicable law.
  • Communicate with candidates professionally and respectfully.
  • Only request candidate information reasonably necessary for recruitment and handle it responsibly.
  • Do not pressure candidates to move conversations, make payments or disclose sensitive information in suspicious circumstances.

Moderation and enforcement

  • Raywills HR may review job postings before or after publication.
  • Raywills HR may flag, pause, close, reject, suspend or remove jobs that violate these guidelines or create safety concerns.
  • Employer or recruiter accounts may be restricted or suspended where appropriate.
  • Where candidate safety may be affected, Raywills HR may notify applicants that a job or client has been flagged and advise them to exercise caution.
  • Serious moderation restrictions cannot be bypassed by changing a job status from an employer or recruiter workspace.

Candidate safety comes first.

If Raywills HR later identifies a job as suspicious, fraudulent, spam, malicious or otherwise unsafe, affected applicants may receive a factual safety warning. Candidates should independently verify interview arrangements, payment requests, communications and other engagements before taking further action.

By submitting a job, the posting account confirms compliance with these guidelines and the accuracy and legitimacy of the information provided.
